How to Enter & Entry Procedures
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for nomination for any of the award categories the nominee must be located within the City/County of Peterborough, or have been founded and still have headquarters here.
You have the opportunity to submit nominations in two categories per business. Businesses nominated in multiple categories MUST only select 2 categories to put forth for submission.
In categories recognizing individuals (Business Citizen), previous recipients are ineligible.
In any given business category, the previous year's recipient is ineligible but may apply again in future years.
All are encouraged to nominate any qualified individual, or business for any of the award categories. Nominees do not need to be members of the Peterborough and the Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce.

Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. Information given on the entry form will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media.
Submission Deadline: August 20th, 2026.
Submissions, including supporting documentations, must be complete before the deadline. Once the deadline has passed, no further submissions can be uploaded. THIS IS WHERE DETAILED SUBMISSIONS ARE NEEDED. Be shameless, boast about accomplishments and show us why you deserve to walk that stage and be recognized for all that you have done.
Final Notes
• PK Chamber reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice.
• Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of PK Chamber.
• All entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Judging Process
Judges will bring their professional experience and unique perspectives in deciding which companies deserve top-ranks and coveted awards in each category. Judges will review the submissions and rate the work against provided criteria through a private, online system.
Judging criteria are listed with each category description. All entries are scored based solely on the content included in the nomination.
